Listen to Your Body – Your Cycle, Your Nutrition
I recently started eating according to Dr. Mindy Pelz’s Fast Like a Girl method. Since I’m currently menstruating, I’m eating lower in carbohydrates. At Luisaimée, we believe that every body requires a different approach, and we look at different theories to find what works best.
Looking at Ayurveda, this low-carb approach is less recommended for Vata types, as fasting and keto can put too much stress on the body. Always listen to your own body!
Are you looking for a keto breakfast for your power phase? Then this one is a real winner! 🔥
Enjoy!
