Collagen Yogurt Bowl -The Best Pitta Breakfast for Skin, Hair & Hormones-

Deze heerlijke bowl zit vol gezonde vetten, eiwitten en vitamines die je hormonen ondersteunen en je huid & haar laten stralen! Ik kies voor Bio volle yoghurt want dit is het Less processed and fats are incredibly important for your cells and hormones! In the summer, this is a real favorite to cool down, especially for Pitta Dosha! ;)
Ingredients:
Base:
200 ml full-fat yogurt
1 scoop pure collagen powder (skin & hair boost)
1 tsp maca powder (for hormonal balance & libido)
Toppings:
½ cup frozen blueberries (heated in a pan)
Fresh raspberries (rich in antioxidants)
1 tbsp chia seeds (fiber & omega-3)
Handful of nuts (for healthy fats & vitamins)
Seeds depending on your cycle
1 generous spoonful of almond butter (my obsession)
Directions:
Mix the yogurt with collagen powder and maca.
Warm the blueberries in a pan until soft.
Pour the yogurt into a bowl and top with the warmed blueberries.
Sprinkle raspberries, chia seeds, nuts, and seeds over the top.
Finish with a spoonful of almond butter and enjoy! ✨
